Shelby Posted March 23, 2013 Report Share Posted March 23, 2013 loc tite, or yellow snot, ( 3m weather strip adshive) will work great , just don't dry install them,, also the brass is slightly easier to install hint as the freeze plugs that are left ever become open to replace while doing other work ,, do so like the one in the rear of the block if doing a clutch, etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ucw458 Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 WHich loctite do you use on freeze plugs? Green Locktite wont work if someone put a deep scratch in the freeze plug bore.
