Basically I want to eliminate the plastic spark box can I use msd in it's place. What are the options besides mega squirt or standalone. Is there anything that can just control spark using factory dizzy

There is a lot of information out there about this.  I used a 4 Wire GM Ignition module when my knock box died and MSD boxes work also,  I would have to dig up my notes but it's simple.

Thanks I searched more last night and found alot of info I am actually using the gym 5 pin for the fact that I can add a ground point to 5th pin to retard timing as a safety margins

the gm 5 wire is retarding based off what?  the knock sensor?

yes . I currently have it running but instead using the wire to ground in over boost to pull 10 degrees
