scott87star Posted March 28, 2014 Report Share Posted March 28, 2014 Your TPS is broken, there is only one spot in the entire log for about 25 mS where the TPS is reading anything significant. That translates to no acceleration enrichment, the log shows a lean spike at each throttle opening. Your VE table in the boost range is lumpy, you need to go through and smooth out all those transitions. You wouldn't have boost rise and VE drop like in your table, therefore the tuning software is making it worse. The AFR's actually look OK most places up to 120 KPa boost with the exception of the accel areas. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CaliConquestAlex Posted March 28, 2014 Report Share Posted March 28, 2014 make sure you calibrate the fully closed and fully open tb position on the megasquirt. Otherwise your tpsdot will be all over the place. Also, when calibrating the tps, slowly open and close the throttle and look at the voltage output in megasquirt, it should be smooth and not have a crazy range. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
