acpowell Posted May 11, 2014 Report Share Posted May 11, 2014 My car sat over the winter with the e-brake on and now the calipers in the back end are shot Ifound rotors on a website but I can't find brake pads or calipers anywhere I've done my 6 hour sit down Google research I have the 1987 conquest tsi and I can't find jack for this car I can't drive it till those parts are replaced and i need my car to get to work everyday please help asap. psu_Crash Posted May 12, 2014 Report Share Posted May 12, 2014 Even if the e-brake is locked in the "on" position you should be able to disassemble them and PB the snot out of it to free things up. At least enough to drive until parts show. Remember the piston turns out, so don't try to push it back in Local Napa had pads for me in a day last time I replaced mine.
