ESIrType?
I wanted to reply to this really quick. My set I gave away to a board member here. My recommendation is to just buy the rockers from a parts store of ebay. You can use all the rest of your existing hardware. PM me if you need help. I would post more info, but my time is limited this morning. Shawn
mr-starion
I thought the shafts were different?
jonboyb
The shafts are different, but putting mechanical rockers on hydraulic shafts is not a problem. Putting HYDRAULIC rockers on MECHANICAL shafts is a problem. The hydraulic shafts have an extra oiling hole that feeds the lifter bucket. mr-starion
None on ebay or rockauto
ESIrType?
There are some on ebay, but they have to be cross referenced. I'll take a look for you later in the day when I have a block of time. I've always went hydro to mech, never the other way around. I didn't realize about the oiling issues. Shawn
ESIrType?
Check with this seller, here's a link to his ebay page. http://myworld.ebay....=p2047675.l2559 http://www.importpar...ush Rod&mode=PA Here's the Clevite part numbers. Note the intake are "jet valve" rockers, but you don't have to install the adjuster. INTAKE 214-2136Exhaust 214-2137 Shawn Edited March 7, 2013 by ESIrType? mstieg
Can one simply buy 8 exh. rockers to avoid un-needed jet valve arms? If $32 x 8 = too much, I have a set I no longer need after going to rollers. Some wear showing on slip surfaces, but appears to mostly be cosmetic. The mech screws are good. How's $10 to cover shipping for the set. I can take more pics if needed. PM me if interested.http://www.26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/14392/106_1344.jpg http://www.26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/14392/106_1345.jpg
