  1. Just a few pics from last weekend. Enjoy! http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone139.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone140.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone141.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone142.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone143.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone144.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone147.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt240/carton30643/CarloynsiPhone150.jpg
  2. Here is my situation. I ordered 2 boot kits from my local autozone and they ended up giving me 2 outer boot kits. Well I tried and tried to install the boot onto the inner housing and it will not go up on the inner housing far enough to be clamped down. So I have been searching and searching and all I can find is front inner boot kits not rear inner boot kits. What is the deal with front boot kits?! Could someone please point me in the correct direction on finding the correct rear inner boot kit. The car is a 1987 Conquest TSi. Thanks for your time.
  3. Ok thanks. Got a cpl of '88 cars sitting around might just go ahead and convert it over.
  4. Well I read on another post where a guy unhooked his neg battery terminal for 5-10 minutes and let the system de-energize well sure enough this fixed my problem. It's like the ign box went into a safe mode and to reset it you just de-energize the system.
  5. Ok checked plugs. They were dry. Also swapped out old ignition box with a good one and that still didn't get it fixed. Still got to figure out why I have a weak spark. Any ideas? Thanks!
  6. Alright. I've been daily driving my '87 Conquest TSi for lil over a year now since I've put a very low mileage motor in it. Well was letting the car warm up the other day and it just cut off like someone cut the ignition off. Would not crank back up. Came in today and it cranked right up but after 15-20 seconds it cut back off. Checked all fusible links and all are good and clean. Swapped out coil because I'm getting weak fire to the plugs, well that's not it either. I'm still getting a weak fire from the plug wires. Any idea on what may be causing this?! Thanks in advance!!!
  7. Price drop to $250 with free shipping!!!
  8. Update! I feel like an idiot...I pulled the hose off to check for vacuum and I was getting nothing so I traced it back to the nipple on the intake itself...well come to find out the nipple was completely blocked off by rust of some sort. So we took the nipple off and drilled it out and cleaned it up. So now the brakes are fine!!! Thanks for all the help!!!
  9. The 3" dp has a flex built into it.
  10. All the things you have asked are in good shape and have been checked for use. I'm sure it's just the booster is bad because the car has brakes just not power brakes. Bc we can drive the car and get up to speed and all brakes work fine and stop in a straight line except for the pedal being hard to push thus not having power brakes. Thanks for all the input will swap out with a new booster and will update soon. Thanks again.
  11. Yes all those things were checked and bled correctly. Booster could be bad but just thought I would get some input before tearing it all apart and replacing the booster.
