hello members,

 

i just finished testing it out.

 

it fits good without hitting anything and not near the oil filter.

 

i tried both the stock turbo and a big t4 turbo i had.

 

stock turbo did fit good without any problems(did not have right tools to take out the studs from the stock manifold so i used regular bolts instead).

 

it mounted at the same location as the stock one and the oil feedline, oil return line, water lines and all the pipes from and to turbo plug righ in.

 

as for the t4 turbo, a spacer/adapter(will be supplied) was needed between the manifold and the turbo. with the adapter, it did fit well.

 

only problem i had was that since i did not use studs, i was not able to tighten up the top two holes(you can see the gap in the pics). t4 turbo did not have enough space to slide the bolts in.

 

i didnt try t3 turbo for i do not have one but i will soon and make sure it fits as well. i am guessing it should be no problem.

 

anyone has t3/t4 turbo, can you measure the inlet housing?(not just the inlet but the whole housing to check if it hits the head) my t4 inlet housing is about 6" - 6 1/2'". i want to see if it is bigger or smaller than my t4 turbo. if it is smaller than my t4, it should fit without a problem.

 

i will get the prices once i get all necessary parts --- gaskets, spacer, wg cover lid, wg adapter and etc..

yeah my T3 is way bigger then that T4 in your pic. I have a turbonetics 72-1 it's got a 4" inlet. Looks like the one in your pic is 2.5" It looks nice what stainless is it made of? Any waranty aganst cracking? Flow #'s? How close to equal are the runners? Looks realy nice though, I guess you have been busy.

hello members,

 

mk1 manifold kit will come with manifold, gaskets, turbo flange adapter/spacer and wg cover lid/block off plate.

 

for stock turbo use, no other optional parts are needed.

 

 

 

for t3 and t4 turbos, you will need some optional parts.

 

below are some optional parts,

 

external wastegate - if your turbo does not have or you do not want to use internal wastegate.

 

custom made wastegate adapter - with certain angle, length pipe, depending on your application with correct wastegate flange(many external wastegates should come with its own flanges)

 

dump pipe - you can dump exhaust gas straight out to the atmosphere or route the gas to exhaust pipe by plugging the pipe into exhaust pipe.

 

 

i am talking to the factory and working on the price.

Has any performance testing been done on this header? With the non-equal runners isn't it basically going to perform the same as the stock log manifold? Also... Will this include a block plate for the wastegate port if we're going to be using an internally wastegated turbo?

He said it would include the block off plate.
