CaliConquestAlex
Did you check the fitment of an external wastegate. I think there might be clearance problems with where the flange is located.

101PROPOSE
hello members, i just finished testing it out. it fits good without hitting anything and not near the oil filter. i tried both the stock turbo and a big t4 turbo i had. stock turbo did fit good without any problems(did not have right tools to take out the studs from the stock manifold so i used regular bolts instead). it mounted at the same location as the stock one and the oil feedline, oil return line, water lines and all the pipes from and to turbo plug righ in. as for the t4 turbo, a spacer/adapter(will be supplied) was needed between the manifold and the turbo. with the adapter, it did fit well. only problem i had was that since i did not use studs, i was not able to tighten up the top two holes(you can see the gap in the pics). t4 turbo did not have enough space to slide the bolts in. i didnt try t3 turbo for i do not have one but i will soon and make sure it fits as well. i am guessing it should be no problem. anyone has t3/t4 turbo, can you measure the inlet housing?(not just the inlet but the whole housing to check if it hits the head) my t4 inlet housing is about 6" - 6 1/2'". i want to see if it is bigger or smaller than my t4 turbo. if it is smaller than my t4, it should fit without a problem. i will get the prices once i get all necessary parts --- gaskets, spacer, wg cover lid, wg adapter and etc.. thanks,101 http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10039.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10011.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10012.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10013.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10015.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10016.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10017.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10018.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10019.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10020.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10021.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10022.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10023.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10024.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10025.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10026.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10027.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10028.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10029.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10030.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10031.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10032.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10033.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10034.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10035.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10036.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10037.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10038.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10040.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10041.JPG

Technology
I like it, it looks like a tial 38 won't fit, but that could be an optical illusion.
1st_gen_eclipse_89
I like it, it looks like a tial 38 won't fit, but that could be an optical illusion. could always use an 90* elbow. had to use one on my crx. wouldn't clear the hood. i custom made one out of a water pipe elbow and two flanges. 101PROPOSE
hello members, mk1 manifold kit will come with manifold, gaskets, turbo flange adapter/spacer and wg cover lid/block off plate. for stock turbo use, no other optional parts are needed. for t3 and t4 turbos, you will need some optional parts. below are some optional parts, external wastegate - if your turbo does not have or you do not want to use internal wastegate. custom made wastegate adapter - with certain angle, length pipe, depending on your application with correct wastegate flange(many external wastegates should come with its own flanges) dump pipe - you can dump exhaust gas straight out to the atmosphere or route the gas to exhaust pipe by plugging the pipe into exhaust pipe. i am talking to the factory and working on the price. i will try to get the price by monday. thanks,101 http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10055.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10052.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/turbonetic-wg1.jpg http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/apex-wg1.jpg http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/greddy-wg1.jpg http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/hks-wg1.jpg http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/hks-wg2.jpg http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10053.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10054.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/dump.jpg http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10046.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10047.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10045.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10048.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10049.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10050.JPG http://www.mookeeh.com/starquest/10051.JPG
soulja620
Also, it appears that the "tubes" are misaligned??? see port #2http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c232/soulja620/10004.jpg
Technology
That's probably to accomodate the steep angle to get the pipe to the turbo flange with the least length/bends.
19cQuest
Has any performance testing been done on this header? With the non-equal runners isn't it basically going to perform the same as the stock log manifold? Also... Will this include a block plate for the wastegate port if we're going to be using an internally wastegated turbo?

83_project_toy
just by looking at it you can tell there will be 2 gains. the runners are better then the stocker and i'll bet it weights lot less also
pitboss
Will the material between each exhaust port be cut to reduce stress 101? Take it down to the flanges and that'd be awesome.
