  1. No response.. If anyone's interested, as none of us have had any joy with contacting Tim about the missing parts from the pallets we had sent to australia, there are quite a few of us that ordered and paid for complete 6 bolt/5 stud rear ends and not all of the parts were sent, mainly the 6 bolt/5stud rear uprights with stub axles were missing from multiple rear ends. That was apart from the fact that it took nearly a year for the pallets to be shipped after the last items were paid for. In hindsight we are lucky that we received any parts at all, the total of the money sent from multiple aussie buyers was around $8000AU so it was nothing to be sneezed at!! If anyone can help out with those rear uprights from 88/89 LSD cars that would be great..
  2. Hi Koyo, what part of Tokyo are you in? My brother lives out of town in Kanagawa but goes to Daikoku Futo and Tsukuba circuit often in his Lancer Evo 6.5. He used to own a Starion and loves to meet other Mitsubishi enthusiasts. This is his blog, it is English and Japanese language as he is a permanent resident: http://www.motorsportsinjapan.com/?m=1 He goes to Garage G Force.
  3. Over here, these things are worth less than a widebody starion and about 100x more common lol
  4. Here in Australia, supply of these went bye byes about 15 years ago. I get them reconditioned by urethane injection ,costs about $180 for both ends and they are greasable afterwards. 2 year warranty, sold heaps of them with only one back under warranty.
  5. Hi mate, I'm gonna dismantle a rhd column coupler and determine if it's the same, if so I'll be ordering quite a few from you! Whats the turn around from order to delivery?
  6. If it falls through please let me know! Been after one of these for years!
  7. Aussie Collin Wilshire holds the outright 4 cylinder MPH record with 223, I was there when he ran it, the thing was on a mission! 2L 4g63.
  8. Tim, for your attention: http://forums.austarion.com/viewtopic.php?t=15906&highlight=
  9. Hi mate, any progress on these? I'd be in for a set I have a guy local to me here in australia that can vacuum metalise "plastic chrome" onto anything like this so bare will be preferable for me
  10. Hi guys, can anybody help me out with a picture of the firewall on an early (83/84) US market left hand drive starion? Specifically on the right hand side of the car where the rhd brake master and steering column would go through etc.Trying to nut something out... Cheers!
  11. I believe I have a nice set of the aussie/jdm 83 tails here, i'll have to check. I'm after black crushed velour front seat trim off an 86/87 if anyone can swap me. I ned everything to convert red to black so all plastic trims & the bolsters etc. sending the whole seat would be ridiculously expensive obviously..
  12. Hasegawa, Kitegawa, Sigma Hey Kane i'm nearly ready to send that box of goodies, just got to get to that other mirror blanking plate!!
  13. I recognise that head 4G63 8 valve has weak pistons that's all, dash 12v has no such issue, bolt a decent turbo & MPI on either & they are a weapon engine.. they have a sportier feel than the G54B
  14. starions are faster stock, if u count the 200hp dash 12V GSR-V narrowbody car..
