  3. i would love to get a suspension bushing kit but being unemployed and trying to put a starion back on the road after it sat for 4 years makes it hard to afford anything that doesnt make the car get down the road again. i hope you guys make your $3k goal. i will be buying a bushing set in the next GP i guess. thanks for setting up a GP like this...even if i cant afford it now, thanks.
  4. 89ONAQUEST.... this is a great development BUT please please PLEASE dont do this if its only going to work on a xmission that can hold 350hp/tq cuz that is a waste of time and money. build this for a xmission that will hold 500hp/tq. i know that sounds crazy but there are a few MPI guys out there getting very close to that so if you make one mold to work for everyone then its a global solution. also, lets not get too excited yet until we hear some talk about what will fit in our xmission tunnels and will it line up with the shifter and what about the drive shaft blah blah blah. i know those are smaller issues but still issues nontheless. so does anyone else think doing this for a tranny that hold 350hp/tq is a waste of time?

  6. anyone running one of these? ive heard a word or two hear and there that it can be done but im wondering what is the REAL story. do i have to modify anything on the magna head to work on my g54b block? what kind of head gasket to use? can i use standard Quest TBI fuel injection? please gimme some info... thanks
  7. got my head and valves today and was pleasantly surprised to find the head studs included. this was a great GP. thanks for your work. happy camper-yanos

FYI- clearcoating a valve cover, let alone any engine part that sits under the hood and is exposed to constant heat is a poor idea. a reputable powder coating shop SHOULD tell you that outright. i understand why some shops wouldnt...because it means less money for them...but the clear coat will "yellow" with time and heat. ive seen it. thats why my current valve cover for my other car is NOT clear coated. after 4 years of daily driver and road racing track use it is STILL perfectly clean. just my $0.02
