Okay, so I swapped the Starion 2.6 into my didge D50, its on a set of brand new 31 mastercraft MXT's, before the swap the original 2.6 got around 20MPG average using a weber carb. my current set up is a megasquirt 2 assembled, wideband, ford edis wheel and sensor, but not using the EDIS brain. stock tbi set up with new injectors from injector clinic, im getting 8-10mpg highway.....55mph, 2600rpm, stock boost, im shooting about a 14AFR cruising and 11.5ish when boost starts kicking in. im attaching my tune file so maybe someone can help me get going in he right direction. thanks

Hey you sound like you have the same set up as my truck.

Is it auto?

I set my afr target table up so on highway i get around 15.2:1 afr, 14.7 is standard.

I get about 18us miles per galon highway with a little intown.

I am running 89 max 4wd, auto, 4.64, 235/75/15, ms1, edis, water meth, 19c td06sl2, starion front mount, stock internals truck engine except arp and mls headgasket
