Twin disk street clutch interest?

Checking if there will be interest in a Twin Disk clutch/flywheel package in the near future.

Im awaiting the test clutch assembly and then once we get all the pressure right, they will go into the design of the aluminum flywheel to go with the kit.

Kit features a post mounted aluminum pressure plate. This allows upgrade to a triple disk or back to a single. It is a STREET COMPETITION clutch. These are engineered around the premise of being slightly stiffer than stock will being able to hold substantial amounts of power. Say goodbye to worn out clutch pedal components, heavy clutch/flywheel assemblies, and sore legs. Transmission swaps are accommodated by just utilizing different disks.

I will be running an R154 behind mine. These clutches are already widely used throughout the domestic world and have graciously worked with me on bringing them to you. And the best part, AMERICAN MADE!

Lets hear some feedback!

I'd be interested. I dont need a new setup right this second, but by the time its all said and done I will. I'm sure its to early for a set price, but a guestimate would be nice so I know how much to set aside every check or how many side jobs I need to do to get the money saved up. Assuming its not some astronomical amount that would make my wife want/try to stab me that is...

Can you give some more info on this? You mentioned a long wait for the flywheel so does that mean it will be for the stock flywheel as that would be very surprising.

Does it use sprung hubs?

OEM flywheel, fidanza flywheel? Will it need to be modified?

comp clutch doesnt have sfi certed flywheels. They would be custom sfi aluminum flywheels to fit this style. From the conversation they mentioned being able to use tilton and quarter master stuff if one chose. Are comp clutch units tuneable? These are. And yes, sprung hubs. Edited by Funky Phil

I will much prefer you design then. I am very interested especially with the sprung hubs. Tilton is just too expensive but I wouldn't mind the Spec Super Twin (not the mini).

Let me know when you have some additional info and I will be able to pull the money together quickly.

I am very interested as this is the last major piece I need other than the bell housing for my T56 but that has to wait until I get the clutch figured out.
