So my buddy decided to sell his 2011 Honda CR-Z hybrid. And I was in the market for something new.
Now, initially I was thinking it was gonna be a gutless gas sipping hippie eco machine. But, to my surprise, this little squirt moves. I have only driven it in "sport mode" so far really though. The integrated motor assist is pretty cool, it makes a noticeable difference. Then the batteries regen on decel, including braking.
I managed to break 3 of my "rules" when I bought it though; FWD, Manual, Car payment.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and I think it will be a fun car.
Luckily, my buddy left the sound system in it and the winter tires on it. I grabbed some wheels I planned to use on my quest, and they fit! :) Time for some summer fun!

Cool little cars. I still think they would have sold better with a "gas only" option.

I always thought those were cool looking and yours looks great with the summer wheels especially.  I never knew those were hybrids.

Cool.  One of the few manual hybrids.  A buddy of mine has a first gen insight.  That's the only other hybrid that I can think of that came in manual

So I had to add fender flares. HAD to....
And I cut a little over an inch off the fender so it doesn't rub anymore.
