StockRaider Posted April 5, 2012 Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 I have been on here as a member for quite some time, but finally bought something! 1987 Mitsubishi Starion, 147k, black leather seats, 5 speed, widebody. I was in the market to buy the atlantic blue starion a few years ago, but sadly I blew a motor in my 1989 Montero and had to buy a 2001 Subaru to do my DD. Now that I don't need a DD, I sold the Subaru and bought this!Paid $1200 plus a laptop I had laying around.needs the top of the gas tank cleaned up, replace rusted out freezeplug, reattach intake, redo some inside wiring, replace fuel pump. After that she should start. Where'd you find it?I got it for free when I bought a rolled over 1995 Mitsu Montero SR for parts(The owner was the lead tech for a former Mitsu dealer in my area). I am glad I bought it since I have a spare quest motor in my garage and not some poor kid who doesn't know how to work on cars. It was advertised as "Runs great but..."
