Looking at Ajusa's image in their catalogue it looks as though it's a basic fiber core similar to FelPro's old design before they came out with the permatorque. Speaking of, it looks as though the Permatorque is very similar in design to that of the good Ajusa head gasket. If I'm not mistaken, they are both MLS gaskets. The only difference I've noticed is that Ajusa has a "sticky" silicone coating on it and the permatorque seems to have the same, only it's smooth.
