  1. This Conquest has been my baby for the past 4 years, but I've recently purchased an '02 Firebird Formula and don't have anywhere to store the Conquest, so I've decided to sell instead of watching her collect dust in the driveway. I bought the car with 10,000 miles on a poorly rebuilt engine, and it lasted 2 weeks before spinning a rod bearing. I spent nearly $4,000 in parts, machine work, and labor to have the current engine rebuilt, and went through a 1,500 mile break in period (The engine didn't see any boost for the first 500 miles, and didn't see about 3psi until 1000 miles). I haven't run anything but Castrol Syntec 10w-30 since the rebuild, and the fuel system hasn't seen anything but Premium (Chevron or 76 ONLY) The car has run well since then, with no major issues, and still runs well with only 2 minor mechanical issues. There's a lifter tick somewhere in the valvetrain, and it's been through 2 turbos in 6 weeks. There aren't any oil or coolant leaks, and oil pressure is right on par so I assume either coolant or oil are being blocked from the turbo (probably one of the stock metal lines used to feed coolant to or from the turbo). I just flushed, and replace the transmission with Amsoil synthetic fluid, and did a full oil change (less than 300 miles ago). Any other issues with the car are cosmetic. There are a few small dings and dents on the body from careless drivers in parking lots, the clearcoat is peeling off parts of the hood and fenders, and the exhaust rattles (hangers just need to be adjusted). The car runs good, has been treated exceptionally well, and is in decent condition. the only reason I'm selling her is because I don't have anywhere for long-term storage, and can't afford to insure two vehicles right now. 2.6l Turbocharged Intercooled 4cyl w/ Limited Slip Differential 5 Speed Manual Transmission Maroon Leather Interior (Partway through swap to black, I will throw in the rest of the black interior peices) Zexius All Season Performance Tires (70-80% Treadlife left) Sunroof 160,000 Miles Rebuilt engine (18,000 miles ago) Engine Rebuild .020 Overbore Balance Shaft Removal Tim C. 284 Screamin' Banshee Cam Marnal Aluminum Non-Jetvalve cast head Schneider HD Head Springs Hydraulic lifters 1.6 Ratio Roller-Rockers Castrol Syntec 10w-30 (Only oil used since rebuilt) 12a Turbo (Rebuilt with 14b internals) *DM OVCP w/ silicone couplings HKS Knockoff Dual Trumpet BOV (Loud) 1gMAS w/ K&N Air Filter A/C Compressor, Condenser, and lines removed Blue Silicone Vacuum Lines Sylvania Silverstar Headlamps 2.5" *DM Turbo-back exhaust (no cat) Dynomax Ultra-flo welded muffler Exedy Heavy-duty street clutch & Pressure Plate (Less than 300 miles on clutch) Brand new Driver's side CV Axle (Less than 300 miles on CV) Autometer Temp. 2. Any tips to put it back when the old one's been pulled out first? One of my dumba** buddies tried to help while I was inside, and he came inside with the old one... I about shot him...
  3. What years will work on the Mustangs and 350z/G35 rims?
  4. I've got an '87 with auto belts. The buckle for the lap belt sits so far forward it's almost right up with the e-brake handle. Because it's up so far, it jabs into the side of my thigh, and makes sitting there for more than 5 minutes rather uncomfortable. It may just be because I'm a big boy, but I've never had the issue with any other car, including either of the other Starions I've driven. Is there any way to adjust the lap belt buckle back? If I could move it back 8-10" It wouldn't be an issue at all. There's a big gap there where I can hold an energy drink between me and the seat, so I'm sure that having the buckle there, wouldn't abuse me any more. Thanks.
  5. I need a full set of whatever I need to hang my new 1 piece airdam. Do I need anything other than the hangers? Thanks Adam
  6. You can still buy them new and un-cut. PM HobO89Quest. Mine was $28 shipped because i got it after the GP closed. Adam
  7. Are these available for purchase outside the GP? I see that the GP's over, but i'm still interested. Who could i contact to get a price for one of these? Thanks Adam
  8. I'm in depending on the price. I need a new airdam anyways. Let's get a price, and great work following through with this! Adam
  9. Ok, normally i'm all about originality, and not copying somebody elses idea, but i LOVE the way that the hood vent looks in JAinsworth's signature pic. So once i get the actual hood vent (1 only for the passenger side of the hood) what all do i need to do to put it in the hood? For that matter, how do i go about taking it out of the hood of the 300zx at the junkyard? Thanks Adam
