O.K guys, after a long hiatus, they are finally ready...

Reproduction Decal Sets for 89 SHP Conquest

http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/DSC01886.jpg

Reproduction Decal kit will include:

(these are scans of the actual decals):

  • 1 - Emission Information decal (Silver) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/89Emissionsdecal.jpg

  • 1 - Vacuum Routing Diagram decal (Silver) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/vacuum.jpg

  • 3 - Danger Fan decals (yellow) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/dangerfan.jpg

  • 1 - Coolant Info decal (yellow) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/coolant.jpg

  • 1 - Tire Pressure decal (white/inside driver's door) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/89TireInflationdecal.jpg

  • 1 - Limited Slip Differential Warning decal (Orange) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/lsd.jpg

  • 1 - Air Conditioner decal (yellow) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/AirConditionerdecal.jpg
  • 1 - Power Steering decal (white) http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/SQC%20Items/PowerSteeringdecal.jpg

If your Starquest has been repainted/restored or perhaps the elements/heat have gotten the best of them, replace them with these. I only use the Highest Quality 9 Year Avery Vinyl. The images and text have been thermally printed into the vinyl surface for added durability (however spraying/washing with solvents is not recommended). Each decal comes with it's own clear application tape, just remove the backing, position, rub down or squeegee and then carefully remove the clear overlay.

These kits are only available as a set, and at this time... I'm not taking special orders (i.e removing EGR/Emissions stuff for the guys who've deleted them off of their cars, maybe in the future)

*These are a slightly higher cost than the '88 (non-SHP sets) because there are 2 added decals .

I'm selling each of these sets for $65.00 shipped anywhere in the U.S usually within the day your order is placed.

My paypal address is: natallica@comcast.net

*In the Paypal notes please provide your mailing address and screen name, helps me know who you are

:)

Thanks guys, more to come!

in my opinion. these need to say reproduction. since the SHP cars dont have a VIN identifier, its going to affect value somewhere down the road when people start branding these non SHP cars as fakes.

i have one of each myself. (shp and non) and i think it needs to stay evident which cars wehre SHP from the factory. it may not matter now, but in the future it might.

Just bought 2 sets. Decals don't make it SHP. How many SJP cars have the correct 245/45 x 16 tires? If not, should they remove the decals?

Half of all SHP cars arent really true anymore since the original struts are not made, and are for the most part very worn out, that was the coolest option and the wheels are second. Honestly the only part these days that makes the SHP worth something is the wider wheels and the value of a true SHP to those who really care to collect it.

He's making these decals for people who have destroyed their labels, or need an SHP label so idiots at tire shops stop under inflating the tires. 27psi is too low with SHP wheels, its a safety issue as well. I dont want any labels that say reproduction or fake or anything other than original, I want my car to have originality where it once had it, or Id rather leave it label less. Im sure others would agree on both points.

Great product as always N8! Ill be buying more from ya, and hope to meet up with ya when my motor is done next month!

Chris.

Not many people know this....but the differential cover has an LSD label on it as well. Most have fallen off over the years, but I've seen one or two. I took one off one of my parts cars (it was barely hanging on) let me see if I can find it in the garage someplace. Maybe someone would like to add that sort of originality to their car as well?

Cool, lemme know, it would be nice to make EVERYTHING for these cars!
