Welp, ran into an awesome deal, so I went to the bank and exchanged my last 3 paychecks for lots of crispy $100's, I'm heading to Nashville, Tennessee in the morning to pick up an '89 SHP with sunroof, rebuilt bottom end and new head, everything ready to reinstall (gaskets hoses etc). Heatmiser's ride!

Can't wait, on the lookout for White Castles and Big Red soda too :) , will post pics....here's a taste for now.

Indeed you are a sick man. But admitting it is the first step.... Then at least you're not in denial and consciously will hoard more SQ's!

Nice auto by the way.

Nate is a full on automatic kind a guy! Nice one Nate!

Approx 3 years ago I had a small battle with a staircase, well the stairs won and the last step was indeed a doozy! Skipping a few steps and landing at the bottom on the side of my leg I suffered a "tibial plateau fracture" which makes it difficult to drive a 5spd (even though I prefer it, I couldn't deal with it every day), so in order to enjoy driving them I gotsta stay with the AT cars... plus the wife can drive them too.

  • 8 months later...

Man that is a clean interior! Cool wife to drive an SQ.

I'd like to see someone show me nearly 30 year old leather that looks that good... Say on a BMW? I see 6-7 year old new cars with torn up interiors. Really says something about the quality leather Mitsu used.

Plus it depends on the owner. I see one year old cars where owners have ashes and coffee spills on the seats. Doesn't help.
