    BEE*R

okay heres how the bee*r works, its a rev limiter and launch controller. you need a confirmed tach signal, ignition signal, ground, switched 12v+, and a clutch switch or e brake switch to activate the launch control. this is a universal fit if you can find the wires to tap into you can install it. yes you can install this in the conquests or starions. heres a picture, the disc is represent the size of it compact and lightwiegth im asking $260 obo i bought it for $280 off ebay. untitled.bmp

hey guys i got a type b bee*r launch and rev control, its brand new bought it on ebay for $280 im asking $260 shipped. pm me or email me at(landon.41@hotmail.com) thanks guys
  7. just a quik question jcstarion88 wered you get your dimmer switch ive been 2 3 places and they said not even applicable in there systems
  8. check your ingition wire from the ecu i had trouble with mine when i was tracing a pinout for the bee*r which no one will help me with ow well
  9. Yes indiana it was on a 87 z31 300zx turbo speed had a ebay 60 trim turbo with 2.25 exhaust all the way back fmic and fpr had it at 15 pounds I was using the launch and rev limiter which on the bee*r you can choose if its bang bang or bababababa. The only thing I had to replace was the clutch and tires it was a good drift car no accidents the entire year. Sold it got me a aw11 mr2 85 lowered it and went to autocross kept up with the miatas out here. I've used msd accel mallory and a few other performance ignition systems from import to muscle and got the same results no matter. I'm not hating on msd but for what I'm doing "drifting the car" just need a rev limiter and launch control that about it I know that msd offers it to. If you don't feel if ud like to help me that's okay ill just have to do a little more work on the pin out for the bee*r.
  10. lol, indiana i had to read both of your posts several times to make sence you kinda lost me. anyways i understand what the bee*r is going to do how it functions and such things as this, ive used it once before and had great resultes. the bee*r will only be installed, when ive taken care of all the little problems ive been having untill the car is 110% this will not be installed. the msd 6al is a great system, ive used them on my 77 f150 i had a mallory distributor msd 6al with 6200 rev limiter and blaster 2 coil. thus i know your trying to steer me in the right direction, yes i do have respect for all veteran starquesters i know imjust a newby. but its my car, my time, my money if it was your car id be following your instructions no offence. if you dont want to help thats fine with me indiana just wanted a second opinion on my wiring and bee*r installation. so i dont have a major meltdown on the wiring or components. ill look into the msd stuff once more, but im thinking im going with the bee*r. im just looking for a pinout on what wires i have to splice into so that the bee*r will do its job.
  11. And I replaced my o2 sensr wire and now it ain't getting anythin. Is it because of the sheilded wire I took off and replaced it with regular wire?
  12. http://www.driftworks.com/forum/faq-new-members-please-read/76001-bee-r-rev-limiter-fitting-guide.html
  13. This link is for another car alone but it gives you a general idea of what the bee*r is supose to hook into I think I got the yellow and green wrong. But others correct, I understand how to read eletrical diagrams if anyone can just point me in the right way?
  14. I'm installing the bee*r rev limiter I just need the pinout of were I'm supose to hook in the rev limiter above there's the color codes for the bee*r but I don't know were to hook into the ecu or harness. I have a genaralized point of were to hook in but I want to just make sure I'm going off the 88 conquest manual from here checking the ecu pinout but having a little trouble been 2 years since I did my last rewire on my 240sx
