Hi All, I have been politely told that I kinduv dropped a bomb without much notice, when I posted that I was shutting production down.  As such, in addition to the airdams (separate post), I will be doing ONE MORE RUN of wiper cowl sets (I just can't live with being known as that guy lol).

Unit price is $127.00 plus shipping.

IF USING PAYPAL

$127.00 if sent as gift (friends and family) - gifts do not offer you buyer protection

$131.00 if sent as payment (goods and services) - payments offer you buyer protection.

Some guys have done business with me before and are comfortable to send as gifts to save money...it's whatever you're comfortable with.

I will be ordering material for 25 sets of cowls.  Due to waste during the priming and dialing-in of the molds, I'm comfortable to say there will be 20 sets available.  I will post if we have minimal waste and are able to produce any more than that.  This will be last run of these that I do.

Deadline for payment is Monday, January 15th (or whenever they sell out...whichever comes first).

Only full unit payments will be accepted.  I'm sorry but I will not be accepting deposits or partial payments.  My paypal address can be found on my profile.  Be sure to include your SQC profile name if you have one...it helps me track things better.  Also make sure the address listed on your PayPal is the address you want the wiper cowls shipped to...I will not ship to alternate addresses without written request via email (not PM)...learned that the hard way lol.

I will send out shipping costs nearer the completion of the run.  The shipping cost will include the custom boxes I have made for the wiper cowls, as well as the actual shipping rate.  Boxes run in the neighborhood of $17-$19 if memory serves.  If you'd like to estimate your shipping cost, the boxes are 32" X 6" X 6" and the entire package is roughly 8 pounds.  Units will be shipping from zip code 98671.  I will only ship via Fedex.

Tentative approximate shipping time is targeted for middle of March, since these will be run after the airdams.  If any issues affect that timeline, I will be sure to post in this thread to keep you guys informed.

As usual, the list of those paid is in the second post of this thread.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to PM me, or you're welcome to text/call (my phone number is on my profile page as well).  I always like talking to fellow starquesters.  :)

Cheers and thanks,
Nick

Ok some excellent news.  Since I'm putting in such a large order, I've been given a crazy good price on the TPO material for the wiper cowls.  As such, I'll be able to match that special price I did on them earlier this year.  New (old) price is $127.00 plus shipping and insurance.

Price has been adjusted in the original post.

Cheers,
Nick

John and Keith,

I'll be sending you each a refund for the difference (later tonight).

Cheers,
Nick

Are there any pictures of the final units installed?  I went through the entire GP thread from last year and couldn’t find any.  How thick is the TPO material that they are made from?  Are there ribs or anything on the bottom for strength in the areas where they are smooth on the top?  Or is this not necessary with the TPO material?

Yes thank you Photobucket lol.  There are some pics scattered around the forum.  Unfortunately the only pics I have personally are the test photos of prototypes during production.

The material is 1/8inch (stock variance due to molding).  The returns at the edges and at the vents serve as ribbing.  These pieces are very light-weight compared to OEM and therefore don't require lattice or extensive ribbing.
