  1. >.< You guys are sick. lol Born just south of Detroit, always have been and always will be a Redwings fan
  2. So my Quest finally runs and drives, I'm so happy I could cry. Thanks to those who helped me when I asked questions I much appreciate it. Now I need new tires....
  3. Thank you. many good ideas there. though I changed the oil yesterday lol. thanks
  4. lol thanks XP I wish there was a way to know this guy's route... then I could just find him on the road and get my damn part :hangman:
  5. Someone wanna give me ideas to keep me entertained? I'm sitting here waiting on my new ignition control module to get here and I'm bored as all hell *mumbles* stupid piece of s*** module going bad... could be doing better things
  6. Good luck mate. I've got my 87 quest and had the same problem. They're expensive as all hell. Cheapest one I found new was $142 on rockauto.com and that's only 30 day warranty, nothing more. if you want one with a warranty you're looking at round $300. used you can prolly get round 50-100 but these go bad a lot for the 87s so be really really careful about used.
  7. I couldn't stop laughing lol. "they are small ducks" lol
  8. haha you guys are quite observant. yeah the car was sitting for a while so the tire dryrotted getting new ones this weekend. shame to see pirrelis so to waste though =[ and thanks everyone I like it here already
  9. Okay, not really showing off since it's not amazing, but it will be! lol '87 Dodge Conquest. Technica. It's a flatty, I love the flatties Needs a paintjob... http://i702.photobucket.com/albums/ww26/sunwolf_photos/P1000895.jpg http://i702.photobucket.com/albums/ww26/sunwolf_photos/P1000896.jpg http://i702.photobucket.com/albums/ww26/sunwolf_photos/P1000898.jpg http://i702.photobucket.com/albums/ww26/sunwolf_photos/P1000899.jpg http://i702.photobucket.com/albums/ww26/sunwolf_photos/P1000900.jpg
  10. I thought about it after I posted and hoped I was wrong... I guess not. thank you very much for the help, time to spend a couple hundred dollars on a new one of these lol
  11. I can't promise that this is your problem but my cousin has much the same problem with her Dodge Stealth. She did everything you named and still had the problem. In the end it turned out that her car didn't like gas with ethanol in it, she started putting in gas that had less ethanol in it and it runs perfectly. Oddly enough it was always 4K too. As I said, I'm not positive, but maybe.
  12. Alright, so, I've got a 87 Conquest ( it's a technica and I love it) and it's full stock engine. When I got the car it ran like a beast, only problem I had was the fuel pump and that was fixed immediately. It ran fine after that, but I was flushing the radiator and accidentally got a lot of the engine wet... the car wouldn't start past then. Dried everything off, nothing. Changed spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, battery, and coil... nothing. Checked and replaced a hella lot of wires and connectors, once again nothing. It cranks and cranks and will get no spark at all, the coil wont spark either. Anyone have a clue what the hell's going on? Thanks in advance, Cybion
