Technology Posted June 10, 2010 Report Share Posted June 10, 2010 Hey, I bought an 87 from a friend that he wasn't interested in keeping, but he wants the motor, so the engine, engine harness, and ecu aren't for sale, the brake lines, rear hatch struts and a couple other little things are spoken for, but everything else is for sale. I am keeping the torque tube for myself. The interior is very nice, black leather, no floor mats that I know of, but I could possibly sell as a whole. The dash is very nice, gauge cluster has a little blemish, I'll take pictures of everything. Axle shafts are available, the diff is apart now since a 3S guy locally wanted to see if it would swap into his diff housing, but I will sell it for anyone who wants to re-stack their diff for a tighter LSD, or the whole thing is someone wants it. I can get it put back together if necessary. Wheels and tires are minty fresh, rims look good and there are new Yokohama tires on it. I can get more details tomorrow. 7's and 8's. Rear stock springs were cut by the P.O. fronts are fine. The body is fairly ok. Not much rust at all, good hood, new airdam uncracked painted black. All other harnesses except for engine harness are good, as far as I know. Rear Control arms with 4 bolt hubs attached can be shipped. All glass is good except for the windshield which is cracked. Mirrors, switches, center console, seatbelts and tracks. It's an almost complete car so let me know what you want and we can work out a good price. Pics and a better list comming soon. Each side has a small crack at the top or bottom, as you can see. Plus about 4 of the white plastic clips are either missing or broke, but you can get those new from Dad (www.enginemachineservice.com), and there was a little round tab shown in the last pic that broke as I removed it. It is on the end that is held down by the driver's side piece, so it's not a huge deal. I have to get the shipping quote today after work, but I figured I'd show you what you're getting. BAD - The wheels are in pretty nice condition, the tires are brand new, perhaps a 150 miles on them or less. Thing about these is that I don't want to cut up the body yet. after I part the interior and as much else as I can, then maybe I will. TopDawg, It does have the starter bolts. I need to ask the P.O. if he needs them, but I can do that later today, so I'll let you know by tonight. Dale - as of right now, it's missing that piece. if it turns up I'll let ya know. phishfud, I wouldn't use the radiator. some areas if the fins are just missing, so it's core only there.
