High high idle??

I start the car and it revs to 6000 rpm.
If I take the piping off it runs alot better.
I have trilogy injectors that seemed clogged, then I had them cleaned. Ever since that it over revs everytime.
I know it's something simple because it ran perfect a few times.
Yes timing is fine.
It also does the same thing with stock injectors.
It's like it's getting to much air on start up, throttle body is closed. Any idea what the hell is going on?
