  1. Well it's been a while, so I figured I'd bump this one to see if anything might have changed with Trilogy and springs.....
  2. Everyone has a preference and at at least 17 of us would like these springs. I don't want the coil over setup on my car as it deviates too far from the stock appearance of the suspension. I had planned on having these springs powder coated black along with my Tokico struts so they would be undetectable visually but provide a little better looking ride height and dampening over the existing OE equipment. Additionally, I just don't need the expense and complexity of coil overs. I guess we all have different requirements and these springs fit into my plan. Disappointment is what we are expressing when posting I suppose .... I would have purchased two sets if it helped to make this happen.
  3. Hey Trilogy, Please don't keep us hanging on. If you are not going to move forward with this, even if the price is adjusted up, please just let us know it is dead so we can stop dreaming. Thanks ~ Murph
  4. Yep; I'm thinking most on the list would pay a little more to make it happen. There might be a minimum number of units for a production run and that would expose TT to financial risk if he has to float the cost of the unsold ones. So, maybe we can make it less of a risk for him if we pay a little more per set. Just sayin.....
  5. So, since there is only 16 takers I guess this isn't happening. How about adjusting the price up a bit based on the 16 instead of 25 to help cover the cost of the total GP investment. At least ask the individuals involved here how much more they are willing to pay to make this a reality. Thanks -murph
  6. Congratulations on the baby. My wife even remembered you because you drove so far to pick up the parts from me. Good luck and nice to hear from you. Murph
  7. I'm pretty sure I know where they came from... I always wondered if you had put them on your car. Sorry to see you leave the StarQuest scene. Murph
  8. Yes, I would still like a set of these springs for my car.
  9. Well, that depends on your perspective of "better", what you expect from the car and how you will use it. It will probably be cheaper to go with these springs and traditional struts compared to a coil over setup. Both have pros and cons. One example would be that coil overs will require you to perform some fabrication(cutting & welding) to your front spindles to make them work; traditonal struts are generally a bolt on affair. On the other hand, coil overs provide more adjustability when compared to traditional struts, so you need to determine what is important to you, how much you are willing to spend and your willingness to perform fabrication. You might have a hard time finding strut inserts and rear assemblies for your car as I do not believe that they are actively being produced any more. I found a NOS set of Tokico blues for mine, so these springs would be just what I need and meet my requirements which may be different than yours.
