I had a computer that I just knew was gonna f up sometime soon so I put the 15 gigs of music I had on my ipod and now I want to take it off the ipod and put it on my new computer but can't seem to figure it out. I'm not the most tech savvy guy but I'm not an idiot either. Any of y'all know how to do this?

Technically , that's where Apple screws us... BUT...

There is a program available (free for those who appropriate programs via torrents) called iPod Access.

This allows you to take music off of your iPod (or anyone elses) and rebuild your library back onto your PC or MAC. I've used this myself (PC full version) several times and it worked great. I even loaded it on my work PC and helped several others save their libraries...while making mine grow in the process.

Added Bonus* If you charge a couple people just a little bit for this service (say $5- $10) You can actually justify paying for it. Who wouldn't want to save hours doing this themselves just to get their music back, cause once you sync it...IT'S GONE!

...and no I don't work for the company that makes this, Just wanted you to know that there is something cool out there that works.

Hope this helps Dude!
