No Dude, I don't mind at all. I got the rotors and pads from R1's Ebay store (click here) $215.64 free shipping (UPS Ground took about a week, but I'm across the country) they may not be the greatest pads in the world, but they're probably better than the Autozone crap that are on it now. :)

As far as the brake line set I bought from 3SX (click here) for $106.95 + shipping ...they have many colors available, and in lieu of Jolyrgr having any more sets in the GP section on here, I went with these.

Quote from 3SX's website about the brake line kits:

"Our brake lines are DOT approved and all braided stainless-steel lines, available in Clear/Silver, Red, Blue, Black, and now Yellow and come with silicone covers for protection, and have steel end fittings. Sold in complete sets of 8 hoses."

Hope this helps, I'll post pics hopefully Sunday or Monday.

I sure hope so Harry ...

Now, only if I could get ahold of a local Quester to spend a day (or so) with me, helping to iron out some tiny idling and hesitation issues, I'd be golden! I rebuilt my little12A last weekend (with success ;)) but these little things are buggin' the crap outta me! I want to get this thing into the paint shop, but I wanna stay out from under the hood once that's done, so this stuff comes first!

I wanted that too, but the guys on here told me Jolyrgr is "out of the Starquest game" for a while, and I wanted to replace them when I did the rotors...so I guess these are good enough. :)

I went with the powerslot rotors and poterfield brake pads all around. Have not tested them out since she is still up on jacks. Might want to clean the wheel wells while your in there and respray. Especially the rear.

Wow, what a difference these have made. I'd highly recommend picking some up if you have the means to do so!

They stop great, My other rotors were warped and had a wobble to them, but now it feels like a new Caddy. I'm sure if I bled them again they'd be even better...but it has a pretty firm pedal at the moment.

Thanks (on the garage kudos) It's my father-in-laws, he spares no expense when he wants/needs something...I've used his stuff more than he has ;)
