Cardone Industries has rebuilt examples available for 84-87 SQ. Do the 88-89 SQ use a different cv axle? Will a used 87 cv axle from a parts car fit my 89 shp?

88-89 axles also have 6 bolts where 83-87 have 4 bolts.

There are also differences between the 4 bolt axles. I ordered some from O'Riley's for my 86. They sent me axles but the bolt hole was off a few millimeter and the bolts wouldn't work. So I sent them back and got some CV axle boots and grease then repacked my factory ones. For a fraction of the cost
