Ok I have an 89 Conquest SHP with no title a knocking engine and no gas tank. 55k original miles and interior is very nice. paint is faided. I have an extra engine for it. 713-715-9222 $800 Pics would be a problem I dont feel like driving over to my dads house to take them.

I saw a pic of a guy with a 377 in a starion... My dad is trying to talk me into putting a LS1 in my 89 SHP... Is it doable?

Yeah I wanna keep the stock engine just hop it up big time. There has to be some kind of work around for hte oil pump...

I was thinking 9:1 compression completely forged bottom end, larger turbo, MPI, and... someone stole my 9in. rims.... so need new shp 9's. Oh what kind of power can the stoke tranny and rear end handle?

Hmm... What about a dry sump system? For the oil starvation problem?

What about the 4g63 crank? Will it fit? If so what piston and rod combo?

My 89 starion SHP w/ 55k miles is knocking. Id like to be able to take the engine to 7-8k I know destroking it will let me do this. I want a forged destroker kit for it ANY advice on where to get one?
