yes it is least desireable year and color, but i think its worth more than 5k. who here has a sq in that shape? he will never get more than that though at least not from our members. remember UL sold his red 89 that looked mint like this for 10k a while back

I'm going to try to go easy on the guy/gal because, judging by the long-winded description about how these cars came to be and no real mention about this specific one, they are not the wrenching type. First, there is no mention about maintenance. Even cars with under 60k needed some type of maintenance. Undeniably, the car is clean but looking closer at this pic I can point out quite a few flaws. The map pocket is loose, there is something attached to the dash near the hood release, the steering wheel looks dry at the top, there is something going on with the window switch trim, the mats look ok, and as I already mentioned, the carpet trim next to the radio is no longer attached. Granted, some of these things might just be lighting or camera stuff.

I know I'm being nitpicky but for this year and this color and 10k(and really I don't see where they are asking 10k, I see $10 in the title...), it has to be perfect. I also dislike when people say "One sold on ebay for...". What another Quest/Starion sold for really has nothing to do with the sale of this specific car. Besides the stupid steering wheel, this car looks much nicer interior-wise. They started their pricing out at 14k and were already down to $9900.

I'm still sticking to 5k without seeing what the engine looks like.

I also wanted to add that I'm not interested in buying the car nor am I trying to discourage anyone from buying it. With grand claims comes equal scrutiny and this is simply one mans opinion ;)
