Tranny or clutch problem help

Im not sure if this is a common isssue with the stock tranny but i had a problem i stopped at the gas station nd when i was pulling out i noticed the clutch was alittle loose considering im running a stage 4so i was able to tell. So i webt to put it in gear nd the car would go into no gear with the exception in reverese i only did it once it once to see what happen so when i tried reverse before it was in all th way the gears were already spinning ne when i slammed it in the. Car turned off.. Note ... The care goes into all gears when off nd if i put in first before i start even starting with the clutch in mocking neutral the car still bucks forward someone help me asap if u jnow what the pr

Your clutch isn't fully engaging, if it worked fine and just started this then its the hydraulics, if its done this from the new clutch install it could be the clutch but more likely its the hydraulics. The master cylinder likes to leak down onto the brake booster, its hard to see that leak. The slave likes to leak and the hose can get old and cracked. The clevis pin also likes to wear out so you loose engagement travel. Basically grab a copy of the FSM from http://www.starquestgarage.com and go through the system step by step. Proper maintenance is key!
