you say the cam gear will have to stay why if i go the mechine shop and have them cutt me a spacer ??? noo?

What steps do i need to take to run megasquirt and EDIS? i know i have to run a cam sensor. how do i do that? Maybe a Crank Sensor of some sort. That way i can plug the Dizzy hole and get rid of the gear on the cam shaft. any ideas greatly appreciated. should i just stick with the Magna Dizzy.
