  1. Surely such an upstanding person as he claims to be would do just that. I find it quite entertaining that 1.) He claims he was out just like us, but X more 2.) That he failed to once provide the name of the people he supposedly gave our money to so we can assist in either A. getting the product or B. getting our money back. Even though he was asked multiple times. I should check out his sales. I would love to do business with this clown again. :-)
  2. There are small plastic clips (replaceable) that hold it on in a few spots.
  3. Just out of curiosity has anyone gotten a refund from this clown yet?
  4. I would encourage all of you to go file a fraud complaint against Dodge at the following site as I have: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx They will deal with the local police and FBI as needed. I will send this same message in the PM thread we have for you guys to see.

So yet again you come here whining about how you too are affected and yet still not posted the name or contact info of the company nor have you stated what actions you have taken to get our money back. You want to claim how honest and up front you are, then post the damn information and file a complaint against them.Then come here and give us that information. And again, I did not invest in anything. This is not a Group Invest forum. I gave you moeny to purchase a product to be received in 6-8 weeks. How many weeks has it been now you clown? So cut the bullstinky and post a copy of the receipt they surely gave you upon your order and be sure the company name is visible.
  6. Lion, you and I for the most part have been the only ones outspoken about this. I became very suspicious after he made the comment that he doesn't have the money and hasn't heard from them. The company, which he is yet to provide a name for though I have asked more than one time, should have only required a deposit if they weren't actually producing products yet and they should have quickly and easily return "his" money after he ask for it back because they have failed to produce a product in a timely manner. I still gave him several weeks beyond what I originally intended to. However, we will begin to find out the truth of the company he was dealing with, if any at all, and the person behind this group buy if I dont have a refund shortly.
  7. First off 89, I wasn't investing in anything I was purchasing a product. So I expect a full refund. I was even kind enough to pay above what I needed to because someone shorter him. So I fully expect that as well. Secondly, at the originator of this group buy. I saw your snide remark concerning paying me last because I was not patient enough for you. That's fine. You want to try and get tough? I'll give you 30 days to pay from this date before I turn this over as fraud. Being that you used electronic communications, the USPS and the internet it makes it a federal offense.
  8. I would like to think that when I paid good money for a HKS turbo upgrade that included "blue printed and balanced" that I was getting something for my money. Now don't any of you piss in my Wheaties! :-)
  9. You are bad at rounding. That would be an 11.0 sec pass and a 10.7 second pass or you could say a 10.96 and a 10.65. Both very respectable but lets get the basic math right. :-)

  11. Yet another week goes by....... Being that you are not willing to post an update, how about you provide the name of the company, the contact information and the order # so I can check it and provide an ETA? At this point you should be calling this company every week to get an update being they are several weeks behind. I understand missing a due date by a few days or maybe even a week or 2, but months? That is unacceptable on every level! You took our cash and have not delivered and have been very unresponsive and very uninformative concerning this entire process. If you were not in a financial position to do this and couldnt afford to do it, then you should have made a better decision and not done it to begin with. You coming here and whining about your hardship is ridiculous, so man up and keep your excuses to yourself. I'll be sure to PM you to come here and read being I dont want you to miss keeping up with your own thread again.
  12. Excuse me? Not only have I posted in this forum but I have also PM'd you along with the others on the PM for this purchase. They responded, why didnt you? You should have proactively came here and kept us up to date at least weekly after your initial time had come and gone.
