you would only notice the difference if you were looking for a few fps in Crysis or something. but, most likely, no you wouldnt.

 

kinda like shaving tenths off your quarter mile time...for some, its everything, for others, it was fast enough before they swiss cheesed it....lol

 

but, if you get SLI certified RAM, either OCZ or Corsair recommended, both will read up to 1200....and they both say theyll read the same, minus the 1066, even on EVGAs website.

IMO, save your money, and buy the cheaper one...DDR3 is out now anyways, so, who nows how long the ddr2 will stay alive for since its getting so cheap. and also, thats recommended levels with the board...you can overclock it
