lionbull Posted August 1, 2014 Report Share Posted August 1, 2014 Here is whats happens in order of occurrence.key in on position, everything comes on as it should fuel pump prime etckey turn in start position, all lights go dead and no crank.release key and a constant clicking sound is heard under the dashtry again and a good battery is dead.car has rear mounted battery.solenoid wire is oily and looks like it is ready to fall off. how to you repair that skinny brittle solenoid wire btw?has anyone encountered this? i need to find my power probe thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
