  1. Car is running great with mas unplugged, tho I dont wana drive it out of the yard. Stalls instantly when mas is pluged in. OIL pressure is about half at cold start and warm up, Oil pressure is about 1/8 above low mark when ideling warm, doesnt pick up to much when thottle up??? 10w30 oil..
  2. ok so ive checked the error codes and i get a 1 and 3, and they are o2 sensor and mas sensor!!! the fuel pump is new, screen clean.. filter new.. the tps has been checked and checked and is within chilton specs. So ive got a bad mass air flow sensor. anyone know where i can get a working one or i may upgrade to 1gen eclipse t mas. Ive rebuilt this whole engine with +.020 hyper pistons, balance shaft removal, jet valve elimination, port mached polished head, stainless over valves..... so i think it qualifies for an upgraded mas, I just have to find one! Ive got the low oil pressure blues, its only at half and a little under at normal? New oil pump, new pressure sender.. slow original gauge? Any Ideas? Still trying to post some pics. also. it says there to large? I dont know how to reduce? Thank you everyone for the help.

  4. well with the mas unpluged the car runs, hesitates on throttle down but then rockets with wheel spin like almost normal? New Fuel filter. But when i plug the mas in well the car is running it emediatly dies? This makes me think its the mas.. I was thinking of going to 1g or 2g eclipse mas if i am going to have to replace it. I was looking at the forums for this but some of the material was removed?... Can anyone help with this swap?... Thanks for all the help!
  5. I was looking near the ecu and fuel pump control relay on passenger side kick and the fuel control relay has a jumper wire connecting the larger gauge blue and red wire with wire taps? This does not look like somthing from the factory because of the wire taps, but may have been somthing that mitsu done for a technical service bulletin? Not sure.. Anyone?..
  6. I was thinking it may be the mas. where can i get a good working mas? when i started storage late last fall it was running fine though? I dont think it is the fuel pump because it will start so the fuel pump is running.. will be adding some pics. shortly..
  7. 85 star, starts and runs for a couple seconds and then stalls. Runs with the MAS unpluged but not very good, hesitation.. Not driving.. Anyone with some help?..
