Indiana Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Unless your MAF has that honeycomb in the end smashed or gone it shouldn't be bad. Those extensions under the doors come off. Under plastic plugs on the bottom are bolts. Carefully try and break them loose then work back and forth so you don't twist them off, they are little bitty things. 86starionIA Posted December 2, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 not a big deal if they do break i have acess to a professional autobody technician that usually fixes these things for me for free lol and i can get bolts for nothing <-- also how i plan on fixing the little rust the car does have <- can have all the patches custom made the guy has around 30 years of experience of which the last 7 was just restoring old cars one of which was recently apraised for around 200k , 60's barracuda and another that was a completly rusted 67 camaro and a 50 chevy hotrod of which i am taking part in the rebuild Unless your MAF has that honeycomb in the end smashed or gone it shouldn't be bad.
