Cheapest fix would be gluing it back on i suppose, if you still have the piece. I'm open to suggestions too, since I never had the rest of my button. Thought about gluing something on, but haven't found anything laying around that would make it look good. Yet...

A lego antenna fits in the hole for the reset and works great.

Hey... this is GREAT, all these years & I never thought of this? I did: try gluing, couldn't get that to work well @ all. Not w/o: drilling a tiny hole down the center of the shaft, glued in a thin piece of (don't even recall what it was, something laying around), then drilled the button, & glued it to match up. Actually, modified a button from something else "black" laying around. On another car I am fortunate enough to have an original non broken trip setup. (of course, the car isn't running :mad: ) Do you just leave the lego antenna clear, how's it look? Great ideas here! Very helpful! Thanx!
