The RF tire is flat, and I'm sure they are all dry rotted. The ad doesn't say if it runs, but I suspect it does not after sitting 11 years. The pics look like it is in a scrapyard (background & number sprayed on passenger door). Sounds like it has a Spanish or maybe Mexican (Manuel) transmission.
