AustinTSI
Does anyone have the total distance of the rear suspension from the right rear hub/spindle to the left side. Basically, how far is it from where the wheel mounts to the other side? Thanks.
patra_is_here
just measure from the centerline of the left tire to the centerline of the right tire and then subtract off the wheel offset.

AustinTSI
I have the books and didn't even think of that. Thanks. So if I have this correct then the rear tires have a -10mm offset each so that would be 20 added to 1455mm actual width for the rear for a total of 1465mm or 57.67" for the Starion The s13 240sx has an offset of 40mm each and a rear tread dimension of 1460mm so it should then be 1540mm actual width or 85mm wider. FYI, I'm working on putting an S13 front and rear suspension in my Starion and right now it is looking like most everything will cross over with a couple of brackets/adapters. patra_is_here
no you subtract 20mm. the center of the wheels sits further out than the hub face
patra_is_here
rear "tread" (track) is listed as 57.3 , which is the measurement to the centerline of the wheel. so hub distance is 57.3 minus 20mm or around 56inch (i was close!)
