  1. True... but that was just so sick :rolleye0018: .......really can't fathom a response too that but he deserves what ever he gets ! I feel so sorry for the boy !
  2. Like the color +1 ... don't like the flakes/glitter look ...... kind of dirty looking ..... gotta strip and repaint !
  3. Very nice ! Great idea for a Father's Day gift from the heart
  4. Cute Puppy would make a great pet for children just needs to be loved on a little! If owner left the dog outside for three days no water or food, they had no intentions of taking care of him. They figured it would just run off seen it too many times! More than likely they want care if the dog isn't there when they return either. If that’s how they take care of any animal(s) they get, then they don't deserve to keep them! (If no record of the dog having up to date shots the pound will hold for a VERY short period of time and then put down the animal) Personally the pound doesn't hold good memories for me. Since, I've seen many put down, an abandon puppy was one of them (put down the day after it was brought in didn't have shots so they put it down looked very much like that one). Many animals never make it to the observation area due to possible contact with wild animals or exposure. As far as biting and jumping on children he can be trained not too! Due to those he associates as his owner vanishing, he will seek to keep you in his sights, since you have now showed him your caring side just animal instinct! No animal deserves to be treated poorly....
  5. Great save but :chair: to the kid ! These cars are like pieces of art to be treasured not destroyed for a simple few minutes of a trill ride or just for kicks. If you can't drive the car don't get in it
  6. Hope those flies move more northward ! Very interesting story. :eek1bluegreen:
  7. Yes he was a big Idiot ! If you don't know what you are doing don't do it ! Always check fluids before adding anything ... or pay for it later! He was 25 didn't know how to check the oil level :rofl3: ????
  8. Now thats just sad ! Everyone should be able to pump their own gas !
  9. Cichlids (very aggressive fish) will kill off injured or sick fish. They will fight if they don’t have enough room, I would keep an eye on the remaining fish {if they do fight provide additional aquarium items for them to hide around or could consider territorial areas). The injury could be in flicked by territorial fighting, it just happens. Best to keep the injured fish in the isolation box in the tank for now! Any food that you put in the tank should be eat up and not allowed to remain, the food will spoil allow bacteria to grow and further cause him stress (I would recombined removing a majority of the food) . If you have anything like a “stress coat†solution, that would be a good thing to just put some in the entire tank until you can get some meds for him. This will also help to start the healing process. To help and to control any infection from the injury I have tried the MelaFix (antibacterial remedy and will help also heal). This remedy will help to also keep the other fish from getting any infections as well. As far as eating and getting oxygen he will do fine in the isolation tank. Just keep an eye on him if any other signs / changes in fish or his appearance changes then may need something else. Wish you the best of luck. Hope the fish recovers .
  10. Lookn Good ! :ylsuper: Great idea ...........
  11. Sorry to hear that . My Dad had similar symptoms about three yrs ago a little after midnight ..... rushed to ER and within 1 hr having two stints put in ...... doing fine now. Hope everything works out for you . I will keep you in my prays .
  12. "she would prefer you share with her whats going on ..... she knows somethings wrong ....she no dummy " is so true Woman aren't mind readers ... so a simple sit down and talk session maybe in order between you and her or you and a trained prefessional ! Once you close off lines of communication you slowly lose apart of yourself and those around you do notice! Keepin it bottled up inside isn't good for you or those close to you, i've learned the hard way! Slowly one by one, those closest to you will vanish from your life until you relize that you have pushed them away, only to want them back again, and sometimes its too late ! So keep friends and family close... DEPRESSION is an ongoing battle that never ends and you will need them every step of the way! You have been given SOME REALLY GOOD ADVICE from the members on SQC and you should really take it to heart ! IF YOU DON'T SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP, YOU NEED TO FIND A WAY TO VENT OUT YOUR PROBLEMS either by talking to people (on the site, friends, loved ones .... just to be talking), write a journal (laim but it does work, you can always burn it later ), just opening up more; to her if things work out, rant, rave, yell .......... Everyone has their own way to deal with life and its little problems you just have to find your way to vent it (dinner out, movie night, just nice evenings out, etc.) Keep a picture of her, family, friends, happier times around you at work if possible etc .... Have something personal with you can make somedays easier and it keeps you grounded and more focused on who you are and where you want to be going .......... and most importantly learn to leave WORK AT WORK don't bring it home with you !
