Funky Phil
Send me your stock exhaust manifold and Ill port and stress relieve it. I bell port all your runners to match you cyl head to eliminate turbulance and increase flow. I completely remove the step on the outlet side and also raise the roof at the collector area to allow greater flow potential and reduce the bottle necking effect of a stock exhaust manifold. To greatly reduce the chance of cracking due to expansion and contraction of the manifold during heat cycles, I cut the webbing throughout the mounting flange to eliminate flexing stress. I got some internal collector touch up to do and it will be finished. But you can obviously see the difference. This gets rid of alot of obvious turbulence entering the Ex manifold. What comes out! http://www.26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10142/dust.JPG Once port work is complete youll noticed an obvious increase in boost response. This is a great addition to your performance 2.6 if your sticking with a stock manifold and mitsubishi turbo's!! Race Ported Manifolds have been known to increase spool up by 200+ RPM's. Just send me your stock unit along with the turbo gasket so I can match it once Ive completed the port work. Either include a money order for the cost. 7-10 day turn around and youll be informed when your item is recieved and returned. For those of you that previously asked, I now have another manifold on hand so I can start doing core deposits so you wont be without a manifold. PM me if interested. Prices:Porting and Stress Relieving $65Core Charge $50Port Match Turbine to Collector $50phil

Funky Phil
I dont have any manifolds up on ebay. I did have a core manifold but have to ever recieve it back. I guess $50 wasnt enough of a core to ensure people sent it back. Yes, I still offer this. You just have to send me your manifold and I will work it over for you. jtmuncher
My manifold is warped a little. I took a straight edge to the mating surface and it was off just a little. If you can correct this along with some mild porting/stress releiving, pm me your info and I get it out to you asap. I am trying to get this car in decent shape by July. What is the turnaround time?
