Put in a new slave and clutch wont bleed. Pump and pump and cant get fluid to get to the slave cylinder...car has been sitting for years...Got an 88 and it Looks very tight...does anyone have a write up? It looks like brake master cylinder has to be removed?

Open the slave bleeder then attach a hose to it running to a bottle. Then use some wood to hold the clutch pedal to the floor. That will start a gravity bleed. Stand by the resivour and refill as needed. After filling the resivour around 5-6 times it should be bled so top it off then tighten the bleeder screw. Then check for proper dis-engagement.
