Pump and pump and cant get fluid to get to the slave cylinder...car has been sitting for years...Got an 88 and it Looks very tight...does anyone have a write up? ucw458 Posted July 25, 2014 Report Share Posted July 25, 2014 Open the slave bleeder then attach a hose to it running to a bottle. Then use some wood to hold the clutch pedal to the floor. That will start a gravity bleed. Stand by the resivour and refill as needed. After filling the resivour around 5-6 times it should be bled so top it off then tighten the bleeder screw.
