Okay I recently came into ownership of a cxracing radiator. And am now at an issue of its to big and the hood will not shut. If you have installed one and had this same issue any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Meant to grab a picture before I left but after working on it and my dads Isuzu I was warn out from this Florida sun.

Don't have a CXR radiator, but if they bolt in like the stock one it should be held in with 4 bolts.  2 on the left, 2 on the right.  If it's sitting up too high and the and hood won't shut can you just enlarge or drill new bolt holes in the mount flange to move it down?  Or, is the problem that it's bottoming out and it's still to tall?

Did u remove the bottom craddle that is used with stock radiator.  If not u have to get rid of it and also u might not be able to use the type of radiator  cap that has the pressure  relief  lever on it.

Yeah, that's right ... there's a little C-shaped piece that bolts on the bottom with a rubber inset in it.  I think it's held in with two bolts.  Easily pops out.

Yeah that piece has been taken out. And as far as I know its as far down as it will go its just about a half inch taller then the stock radiator from what my dad measured.

Sounds like the wrong radiator to me. I did search on here through the advanced search tool and I couldn't find anyone else that had a CXRacing radiator fitment issue.

I currently  have two *DM aluminum "CXRacing" radiators  installed  in 4 my cars and didn't  have any fitment issues at all. Take a measurement  from the bottom of tha radiator  to the center line of either side mounting  hole on the radiator  and compare it it to the stock one see if any discrepancy there. Has ur car ever been  in a front end collision??

If the car was wrecked bad enough for this to be an issue, there would be obvious signs of the damage. Take some pictures of the radiator and the car etc...and post them up, so we can see what you're dealing with.
