  2. Thanks Jmactenn. I started to get pissed off looking for it to be honest. I'm just going to use this thread as a source for all my 240 swap needs. Here's another good thread about it. http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=139816&st=20
  3. Here are more examples: http://www.starquest...c=95901&hl=rack http://www.starquest...c=93350&hl=rack http://www.starquest...c=71409&hl=rack This is the method I was thinking of.... http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=140833&hl=%2B240+%2Brack+%2Bswap Not what I'm looking for but good info... http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=135215&hl=%2B240+%2Brack+%2Bswap THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4. There's another thread showing the 240/Silvia rack that's a little easier than the one Jmactenn posted. I'm still looking for it but its bothering me that I can't find the stupid thread.
  5. Welcome to the thread. Yes this has been done. The easiest and most documented would be doing a rack swap from a s14 240. I'm looking for the thread now but I'll link it here for you too.
  6. Doesn't look any bigger than a v160 which is almost the size of a r154 which are known to be used in our cars.
  7. The bellhousing look like it can be separated from the rest of the tranny or is it like the bellhousing in the starion?
  8. Who would be able to make an adapter plate from those that chart? I went to that v-eight sight but everything I clicked on just gave me a general error???? But it seems like a good idea.
  9. DAMN IT... If its not one thing its another. But whats cd009?
  10. From 91-99 the 4 speed automatic trannies were aisin's: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_Montero so as long as those bellhousings are removeable it shouldn't be an issue. AAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNDDDDD They are, and they're cheap as fauq.... http://car-part.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi
  11. Another part added to the list
  12. ... I'm in new mexico... If the fab work for my trans is finished by the beginning of october.... Nevermind, I still gotta do the steering. Damn lol. Woulda been fun though.
