  1. Pretty much the same thing as the Cosmo sleeve-overs, Mookeeh made these before they did that batch of full coilovers.
  2. It was Reggie, his car won, pretty clean. Then Allen in second, and Mark in third
  3. They fit, but on stock suspension, they'll stick out, and if your lowered, you'll rub tire on the front of the inner fender structure. I have them on the front of my car, but my fitment is a bit extreme, a 15mm spacer to get the clearance I need for my brake setup, but I have camber plates that are nearly maxed out for negative camber (about -4°) and a 225/45r16 tire. To match on the rear, I run a 225/50r16 on a 9 with a 33mm spacer, and it rubs on the inner fender some. All my fender lips are just folded over, no pulling.
  4. Oh, and we're going gloss smoke grey
  5. If someone close to me has a 3-pieces in good shape (I have speedyquests's that use to be on the DTHSTAR, widebody modded to fit a flatty, so it wouldn't work), and doesn't mind parting with it for a few days, I have access to a 3d scanner at work, and would be happy to help out.
  6. Mine arrived, but I haven't opened the box yet
  7. Are you heating the "tires" up to soften them up for install? I just did a set last week, and found that if you have something to push down on that's just a bit larger diameter inside than the rim, but still hits the tire all the way around, it's easier to push them that last little bit. My dad gave me his 3d printer (printerbot jr), and eventually I will get it setup, and relearn a 3d program again to make a new master part to make a new mold with. Plus we got a blue light scanner at work last year, and for practice I took one of my spare 9's in and scanned it.
  8. I've got 3 of the bodies, 2 are painted so far. On I did with the ralliart paint scheme, the other tried to make a clone of my car. Durban one was on my twin motored Tamiya TA03, but have a different body going on it right now. in the above pic the Ralliart one is on an HPI RS4 Rally, but that chassis is no longer usable (can't get parts for it anymore) so I've got that body now on my HPI E-10 Drift chassis with some of my wheels Wheels... Cast them myself form some polyurethane resin, but not going to sell any. I need to redo them and make a new mold(s) to cast more. Center is off by .5mm from when I changed the offset of the wheel I modded to make the master part. Offset is 12mm though, tried to make them look like the 9's I have on my car all around.
  9. Wow, you guys are harsh! And quite frankly, acting like a bunch of d****. Did you not read the other guy pulled out in front of him? Both parties are at slight fault. Dude, I'm glad both of you were able to walk away from this one, cars can be replaced, even with these getting harder to find, it's not like it's a 300SL Gullwing. The only real thing I'm gonna get on you about is no seatbelt, you know better. Yes, the car might be totaled, but would be a prime candidate for a tubular front clip. make a jig off the other shell to grab suspension points, and transfer that to this shell
  10. Nissan already proved that, with the Juke R builds, and iirc, all they modified within the electronics and suspension subframes were the sway bars. I say go for it, now get to it!
  11. DAMN!, that's a whole lot of tire!
  12. more sweet progress, can't wait to see the final result!
  13. I wonder if these flares would fit flatty body panels, hmm Looking awesome John
  14. Count me in too, good to see this happening. I'll get one for sure, possibly 2 Thanks Derek
