finally got to make a full pass at the track today full 1/4 drags my fastest time of the day was a 15.06 @96.29

60'     2.327
660'   9.897
1/8 mph   75.08

i know the car has a lot more in it but i know my launch is the problem as i either spin all through 1st or bog at the light

mpi with stock 12a completely stock bottom and top
big intercooler and more psi

What was 1/8 ET?    Mpi with 12a?  How much boost? What ecu?

Stock turbine?  That's a huge restriction.

it very much is just dont have the budget for a bigger turbo at the moment or a new manifold

06SL2 turbine wheel, $140 on ebay, take your wheel and turbo to a local machinist and have them bore the turbine to accept the wheel, rebuild, done.  Now you don't need a new exhaust manifold and all that pressure can get out giving you oodles more flow.  Flow is HP.

I have a 12a back on my MPI car right now and it's NOT a drag friendly vehicle.  Maybe with wrinkle walls, but even with competition compound tires it's a drift machine.  It's fun to drive and scare passengers but that's about it.  I have no idea how you could bog it though, mine hits max boost off idle :lol:
