Eliminating "tree" of relay's above coil

What are people doing with this "tree" of relay's that are mounted right above the ignition coil? I am cleaning up the engine bay and found these to be kind of an eye sore, plus they are right in the way of where I decided to mount my MSD.

Post some pictures or post a quick how-to if you can.

Thanks!

Eric

Depends how your car is wired up and what you are still running on the factory wiring. Those relays are for: radiator fan air conditioner relay, condensor fan motor relay, theft alarm horn relay, radiator fan air conditioner relay and the magnetic clutch relay.

If you don't have air conditioning or use the factory alarm I'm pretty sure you can eliminate them. I don't have air conditioning or a factory radiator fan set up so I could remove them.

Hope this helps

here is one idea for you, this is how i set up jenkinsautoglass msd and 3 step. they are still somewhat of an eyesore, PQ mounted his on the outside of the inner fender totally out of sight but requires removal of the fender. like gary said depending on what you have removed you can dump some of the relays, on his i could dump the a/c ones, but had to leave the fans, abs, and alarm there cause those are still in place on his car.

i moved the knock box beside the fuseable links. this may even be a nice are to move the relays, since that cover its bolted to removes easy instaling things there is pretty easy.

If you are looking at it from the front of the car it would be the one on the front furthest from you. Wait a minute.................

It is labeled in section 8-3 on the online service manual

1-4 can be dumped, those are a/c and fan relays, the black one is abs, the gold one with the arrow is the alarm (so me and gary think) obviously if your alarm doesnt work, plug back in the other one, but its one of the two on the the outter side of the ones labled 1-4.
