I talked to Bill the other day and he said that he HOPES to have something ready in 2-3 weeks. The casting process may present some issues though.

The guys at the casting house are pouring ONE housing this week and I will test machine that and see what adjustments are required, then they will build the investment casting from the finished pattern, and it should be in a position to do repeated casting after that ( short answer is couple weeks)

this is the first casting, the pattern I built at 2% oversize, this first casting is set at 1% oversize

I will weigh the housing and see where I can trim it down, I like to get them under 15 lbs, I had the pattern below that but it is amazing how much primer weighs, I put two coats of primer on and the housing gained 3 lbs, but after its drilled it will loose a pound
