My drivers door pops and creaks really bad I have to lift up on it to get it to not make a horrible noise every time I open or close it. Is there any sort of bushings or pins maybe that can help fix the door slop and stop this metal on metal sound? I keep using white lithium grease but that's only a bandaid at this point.

I had this problem so I ordered new upper and lower door hinges from mitsubishi. I'm not sure if they're still available anymore.

Do you happen to know the part number for the hinges

I loaded them up with motor oil.  I think that was what the factory manual says to use.

Been wanting to make hardware kits for a while now to rebuild them back to new.l can pretty much reproduce any bushing pins and more on a CNC. Not sure how much interest there would be?

I still have the packages with the part numbers on them. I'll look when I get home.

Sorry I got back so late, I found the part numbers for the door hinges. Driver side upper is MB296347 and driver side lower is MB296345. Hope this helps.

Following this thread ... curious if you can still get them.  My drivers side creaks too despite being re-greased during my resto.

Liquid wrench "white lithium" spray

It goes on thick and stays there.  Unlike wd40....

My doors were very loud and now they are silent.
