Windows moving up and down slowly / fyi

My windows were moving up and down very slowly. I bought right and left window motors . I didn't need them if u take off door panel there is a vertical pole, part of window regulator wipe down pole and regrease it. They work great  now. I saw on u tube people spraying the weather stripping on window that works somewhat . But nothing like greasing the pole . Lol .

Definitely greasing make them slide better lol  what also helped my car was upgrading to a hundred amp alternator along with some new thicker wires to battery terminal and the new ground wire

I need to do this.  My drivers side moves up and down "OK" ... but my passenger side takes forever and a day. :o   Thanks for the tip.
