Is it possible to read these codes I can't find anyone who has that old scanner

The Miller ECU checkers do come up for sale. If you really want one put a post on the Items Wanted page, sure there's an unused one collecting dust somewhere.

There is like 5 codes on this car. Simple small led from electronics store w two small gator clips. In your glove box looking up above latch is a bunch of pins sticking out of connector. It's checked by number of blinks. Pretty sure FSM  has what each blink means and how to hook up a light also there is a post on here somewhere. Cheap and effective. Many guys hook up one permanently so that can always see what's up.  Just like in the link above.
